01What does my order come with?
Every standard nail order includes your press-on nails, adhesive sticky tabs, a cuticle pusher, mini nail file, alcohol wipe, and nail glue. Premium and luxury nail orders also include a storage case plus an upgraded nail-care kit with a full-size nail file, wooden cuticle pusher, premium adhesive sticky tabs, nail buffer, alcohol wipes, and nail glue. Purchasing a non-premium nail set? You can upgrade your order by adding the premium prep kit for $5 and a nail storage case for $5.
02How do I know which size to order?
Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and compare your measurements with our sizing guide. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger nail and gently file the sides for a custom fit.
03How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time varies by adhesive, nail preparation, application, daily activity, and body chemistry. Adhesive tabs are ideal for shorter wear; nail glue is generally better for extended wear. No exact wear time can be guaranteed.
04Can I reuse my nails?
Often, yes. Remove them gently, clean away remaining adhesive, and store the nails safely. Heavy glue buildup, forceful removal, or damage may reduce reusability.
05Will press-ons damage my natural nails?
Press-ons can be a gentler alternative when applied and removed correctly. Never pull or force them off. Soak and loosen the adhesive patiently, following the removal directions for the adhesive you used.
06Can I customize the size, shape, length, or design?
Some sets may be customizable depending on availability; most are sold as listed. Contact us before purchasing if you want to discuss a change. A request is not confirmed until we approve it.
07What is the difference between mass-produced and boutique-curated press-on nails?
Mass-produced nails are typically formed, painted, decorated, and packaged in large quantities using standardized machinery. That process can create affordable, consistent products, but it is designed for broad sizing, high volume, and fast distribution. Machine-made does not automatically mean poor quality, and handmade does not automatically guarantee quality—the material, construction, finishing, fit, and inspection all matter. Pretty Girls Plants & Glam takes a boutique approach: designs are selected for their details, materials, structure, and style; sets are reviewed before packaging; and your order includes thoughtful presentation, application essentials, sizing education, and personal small-business support.
08Why do some sets cost more?
Prices reflect design complexity and details such as crystals, pearls, charms, sculpted florals, specialty finishes, and premium packaging or prep items. More intricate sets require a higher price than simpler designs.
09Why are these nails higher quality—and can reusable nails be a better value?
Many mass-market drugstore nails are made from thin, flexible PVC and are designed primarily for one-time wear. Some can bend or fold almost like paper. Once glued on, thinner nails may weaken or retain heavy glue buildup, making removal and reuse difficult. Replacing one-and-done sets repeatedly can become expensive, and the total cost can eventually meet or surpass the price of one more durable set. Depending on the design, our nails are made from acrylic, ABS, or PMMA for a firmer, more substantial structure. With correct sizing, careful application, gentle removal, cleaning, and safe storage, a reusable set can be worn again and offer better value over time. Results depend on care and application, so no exact number of wears is guaranteed. You are also purchasing a boutique design, application essentials, fit guidance, thoughtful presentation, and—when you choose a premium or luxury set—an upgraded care kit and protective storage case.
10What if a nail is slightly too wide?
Use a fine nail file along the sidewalls in small, even strokes. Check the fit often so you do not remove too much material.
11Do you offer a military or first-responder discount?
Yes. Eligible military members and first responders receive 10% off. Verification may be required at purchase.
12Where do you ship?
Available destinations, rates, and estimated delivery information are shown through the checkout experience. Shipping estimates begin after order processing and are not delivery guarantees.
