Orders & sizing

Please review the product description and sizing guide before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting their size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger option so the sides can be filed gently for a closer fit.

Returns & exchanges

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, preference, or change of mind. This does not limit help available for an incorrect or damaged order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email admin@prettyplantglam.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and make it right.

Customization

Customization may be available for select sets depending on inventory and design limitations. Contact us before ordering. Custom requests are not guaranteed until confirmed, and approved customized orders are final sale.

Processing & shipping

Processing and delivery estimates are provided during the ordering experience. Carrier delays, severe weather, address errors, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
